Ingredients:
- Chili /dehydrated) 20g, diced
- Green onion (or onion) 20g, diced
- Monosodium glutamate (gourmet powder) 3g, it's an additive used by Chinese people in cooking every day, but if you don't have it, it's okay to skip
Directions:
- Wash the carrot, shred it into small blocks as you see in the pic
- Wash the cucumber, shred it into blocks of same size as the carrot
- Pour the cooking oil into a wok, turn on the stove, add the green onion (or onion), ginger and chili then stir fry
- When there's good smell coming out add the carrot and stir fry
- When the carrot changes its color add the cucumber and keep stir frying
- When the cucumber changes its color add the soy sauce, salt and gourmet powder and stir fry
- When everything's mixed evenly, the dish is ready.

Ingredients:
- Peas 150g
- Carrot 200g
- Ginger 15g, diced
- Green onion (onion) 20g, diced
- Cooking oil 20g
- Salt 3g
Directions:
- Shred the carrot into tiny blocks.
- Wash the peas and remove the water.
- Pour the cooking oil into a wok and turn on the stove, when oil gets hot add the ginger and stir fry.
- When there's good smell coming out add the carrot and keep stir frying.
- After one minute add the peas and continue stir frying.
- After two minutes add some water into the wok, till it covers all the materials and slowly stir fry them.
- When the water is almost gone add the green onion (onion) and salt and stir, when everything's mixed well the dish is ready.

Ingredients:
- Cabbage 150g
- Celery stem 150g
- Carrot 100g
- Chili 50g
- Green onion (onion) 10g, diced
- Ginger 10g, diced
- Cooking oil 20g
- Soy sauce 15g
- Salt 5g
Directions:
- Pour the cooking oil into a wok and heat it, when it becomes hot add the green onion (onion) and ginger and stir fry, when there's good smell coming out turn off the stove and add the soy sauce and stir everything, then leave the sauce for cooling down.
- Tear the cabbage and chili into sheets, cut the carrot into sheets, and cut the celery stem into sticks.
- Put the cabbage, chili and carrot into a basin, add the salt and stir.
- Add the cooled sauce and stir again, when everything's mixed evenly the salad is ready.

- Tofu 200g
- Carrot 50g
- Salt 3g
- Sesame oil 10g
- Monosodium glutamate (gourmet powder) 3g, it's an additive used by Chinese people in cooking every day, but if you don't have it, it's okay to skip
- Green onion (onion) 10g
- Ginger 5g
- Cooking oil 20g
- Chinese pepper (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sichuan_pepper) powder (if you have) 5g
Directions:
- Wash the Chinese cabbage and dehydrate it, cut it into big sheets
- Cut the tofu into small blocks
- Cut the carrot into small sheets, shred the green onion (onion) and ginger into tiny pieces
- Pour the cooking oil into a wok and heat it, when it becomes hot add the green onion (onion) and ginger and stir fry
- When there's good smell coming out add the carrot and stir fry
- When the carrot changes its color add the Chinese cabbage and stir fry for 1 minute
- Add the salt and Chinese pepper powder (if you have) and keep stir frying
- When the Chinese cabbage becomes soft add the tofu blocks with a little water, which covers half of the materials
- Turn the stove lower to braise , till the water is almost gone, add the gourmet powder and sesame oil, then it's ready

Ingredients:
- Cabbage 300g
- Dehydrated chili 20g
- Garlic 20g
- Soy sauce 10g
- Vinegar 10g
- Salt 3g
- Cooking oil 20g
Directions:
- Wash the cabbage and tear into small sheets (tastier when it's torn by hand instead of being cut by knife)
- Add the cabbage into a pot with boiled water to scald. When it gets ripe take it out and place in a basin.
- Shred the garlic into tiny pieces and add into the cabbage basin
- Cut the dehydrated chili into small pieces
- Pour the cooking oil into a wok and heat it, when it gets hot turn off the stove, add the chili to make chili oil
- Pour the chili into the cabbage basin, add the soy sauce, vinegar and salt and stir, when everything's mixed evenly the salad is ready.

Ingredients:
- Cauliflower 300g
- Cooking oil 20g
- Salt 3g
- Garlic 20g
- Carrot 50g
- Green pepper 50g
- Dehydrated chili 15g
Directions:
- Wash the cauliflower, tear it into small flowers ( tastier when it's torn by hand instead of being cut by knife)
- Cut the carrot and green pepper into small sheets
- Shred the garlic into tiny pieces
- Pour the cooking oil into a wok and heat it, when it becomes hot turn off the stove, add the dehydrated chili into the oil to make chili oil, leave it for cooling down
- Boil some water in a pot, add the small cauliflowers into the boiled water to scald, when they become ripe take them out and leave them to cool down, or you can dip them into cool water and take out
- Add the small cauliflowers into a basin, then gradually add the carrot, green pepper, garlic, chili oil, and salt, stir till everything's mixed evenly, then the salad is ready.

- Potato 200g
- Tomato 150g
- Onion 50g
- Green chili 50g
- Ginger 5g
- Green onion 10g
- Soy sauce 10g
- Sugar 10g
- Salt 2g
- Carrot 20g
- Cooking oil 30g
Directions:
- Wash the potatoes, remove the skin, cut them into small sheets and dip into cool water for couple of minutes, to remove the farina (or starch) from the potato
- Cut the tomatoes, green chili, carrot and onion into small pieces
- Boil some water in a pot and add the potato sheets to scald for 2 minutes, then take them out to cool down
- Shred the ginger and green onion into tiny pieces
- Pour the cooking oil into a wok and heat it, when it becomes hot add the ginger and green onion (if you don't find the green onion, you can use some onion instead) and stir fry
- When there's good smell coming out add the tomato and stir fry
- When the tomato becomes jam add the green chili, carrot and onion and keep stir frying
- When everything's almost ripe add the potato and stir fry for 1 or 2 minutes
- Add the sugar, soy sauce and salt and keep stir frying, when everything's mixed evenly the dish is ready.
