Stir fried tofu recipe

Ingredients:
  • Tofu (500g)
  • Chili powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Green onion (15g) (shredded)
  • Ginger (3g) (shredded)
  • Salt ( teaspoon)
  • Cooking oil (20g)
  • White pepper (1 teaspoon)
Directions:
  1. Cut the tofu into small nuggets as shown in the picture
  2. Pour the cooking oil into a wok and heat it (keep the stove at highest level). When the oil gets hot add the green onion and ginger and stir fry
  3. After one minute add the tofu and stir
  4. Stir the mixture once every minute
  5. After three minutes add the chili powder and stir
  6. Stir again after one minute
  7. After another minute add the pepper and stir
  8. Again keep stirring once every minute
  9. When the tofu starts turning brown add the salt
  10. Keep stir frying for two minutes
  11. Turn off the stove and move the mixture into a dish, then it's ready to serve.
Note: To cook tofu, it isn't exactly the way like other stir fried dishes, you don't need to keep stirring it, it's better to keep it heated and stir once a minute, so that the tofu will change the color and taste better.

Stir fried squash with sweet pepper

Ingredients:

  • Squash (300g)
  • Sweet pepper (100g)
  • Green chili (1 piece)
  • Green onion (10g)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • White pepper (0,5 teaspoon)
  • Soy sauce (1 teaspoon)
  • Cooking oil (20g)

Directions:

  1. Wash and peel the squash, cut into sheets
  2. Wash and cut the sweet pepper into sheets
  3. Shred the green chili into segments
  4. Pour the cooking oil into a wok and heat it (keep the stove at highest level). When the oil gets hot add the green chili and stir fry
  5. After half minute add the green onion and stir fry
  6. After one minute add the squash and stir fry
  7. After one minute add the white pepper and stir fry
  8. After one minute add the soy sauce and stir fry
  9. After one minute add the sweet pepper and stir fry
  10. When the sweet pepper changes its color add the salt and stir
  11. When all ingredients get mixed evenly turn of the stove, place the mixture into a plate, then it's ready to serve.

Stir fried eggplant with potato

Ingredients:

  • Eggplant (300g)
  • Potato (300g)
  • Green onion (5g)
  • Green chili (1 piece)
  • White pepper (0,5 teaspoon)
  • Ginger (3g)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Soy sauce (1 teaspoon)
  • Cooking oil (30g)

Directions:
  1. Peel the eggplant, cut into sheets as shown in the picture.
  2. Cut the green chili into segments as well
  3. Shred the green onion (onion), and ginger into tiny pieces
  4. Peel the potato, cut into sheets, soak into water, to keep it crispy
  5. Pour the cooking oil into a wok and heat it, when it becomes hot add the green onion (onion), ginger and stir fry
  6. After half minute add the green chili and keep stirring.
  7. When the chili changes it color add the potato and stir fry
  8. When the potato changes its color add the eggplant and stir fry
  9. After half minute add the white pepper and stir fry
  10. After one minute add the soy sauce and stir fry
  11. when the eggplant almost changes its color add the salt and stir fry for one minute
  12. Place the mixture into a plate, then it's ready to serve.

Eggplant salad

Ingredients:
  • Eggplant (2 pieces)
  • Green onion (5g)
  • Garlic (5g)
  • Dried chili (1 piece)
  • Pepper (20 granules)
  • Vinegar (1/3 tablespoon)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • Sesame oil (1 teaspoon)
  • Sugar (1/3 tablespoon)
  • Cooking oil (1,5 tablespoon)

Directions:

  1. Cut the eggplant into julienne pieces as shown in the picture above.
  2. Put the eggplant julienne into a steamer, steam it for 5-7 minutes. 
  3. Shred the green onion, garlic, and dry chili into tiny pieces.
  4. Mix the soy sauce, salt, vinegar, and sugar evenly to make up the sauce.
  5. Drain the steamed eggplant, pour the sauce onto it. 
  6. Cover the shredded green onion, garlic, and dry chili onto the eggplant.
  7. Pour the cooking oil into a wok, heat until the pepper grains change color. Turn off the stove, remove the pepper grains from the hot oil, then pour the oil onto the eggplant.
  8. Mix the whole salad evenly, then it's ready to serve.

Stir fried carrot and pea


Ingredients:


  • Peas 150g
  • Carrot 200g
  • Ginger 15g, diced
  • Green onion (onion) 20g, diced
  • Cooking oil 20g
  • Salt 3g

Directions:


  1. Shred the carrot into tiny blocks.
  2. Wash the peas and remove the water.
  3. Pour the cooking oil into a wok and turn on the stove, when oil gets hot add the ginger and stir fry.
  4. When there's good smell coming out add the carrot and keep stir frying.
  5. After one minute add the peas and continue stir frying.
  6. After two minutes add some water into the wok, till it covers all the materials and slowly stir fry them.
  7. When the water is almost gone add the green onion (onion) and salt and stir, when everything's mixed well the dish is ready.

Braised Chinese cabbage and tofu recipe


Ingredients

  • Chinese cabbage 300g
  • Tofu 200g
  • Carrot 50g
  • Salt 3g
  • Green onion (onion) 10g
  • Ginger 5g
  • Cooking oil 20g
  • White pepper (0,5 teaspoon)


Directions:
 
  1. Wash the Chinese cabbage and drain it, cut it into big sheets
  2. Cut the tofu into small nuggets
  3. Cut the carrot into small sheets, shred the green onion (onion) and ginger into tiny pieces
  4. Pour the cooking oil into a wok and heat it (keep the stove at highest level), when it becomes hot add the green onion (onion) and ginger and stir fry
  5. When there's good smell coming out add the carrot and stir fry
  6. When the carrot changes its color add the Chinese cabbage and stir fry for 1 minute
  7. Add the white pepper and keep stir frying
  8. When the Chinese cabbage becomes soft add the tofu and stir fry
  9. After one minute add and salt and some hot boiled water, which covers half of the materials
  10. Turn the stove lower and cover the wok to braise, check and stir the ingredients every two or three minutes, to keep them heated evenly.
  11. When there's a little water remaining, turn off the stove, place the mixture into a big bowl, then it's ready to serve.

Hot cauliflower salad recipe



Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower 300g
  • Cooking oil 20g
  • Salt 3g
  • Garlic 20g
  • Carrot 50g
  • Green pepper 50g
  • Dehydrated chili 15g

Directions:
 
  1. Wash the cauliflower, tear it into small flowers ( tastier when it's torn by hand instead of being cut by knife)
  2. Cut the carrot and green pepper into small sheets
  3. Shred the garlic into tiny pieces
  4. Pour the cooking oil into a wok and heat it, when it becomes hot turn off the stove, add the dehydrated chili into the oil to make chili oil, leave it for cooling down
  5. Boil some water in a pot, add the small cauliflowers into the boiled water to scald, when they become ripe take them out and leave them to cool down, or you can dip them into cool water and take out
  6. Add the small cauliflowers into a basin, then gradually add the carrot, green pepper, garlic, chili oil, and salt, stir till everything's mixed evenly, then the salad is ready.
